Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using My Final Resting Place, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Memorial records you create should be accurate and respectful. Creating false or misleading memorial records is prohibited.

3. Memorial Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, videos, text). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and serve it through our platform. Content must not be offensive, defamatory, or violate others' rights.

4. Subscriptions

Free accounts have feature limitations. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. B2B Services

Organizations (cemeteries, funeral homes) using our B2B dashboard are responsible for the accuracy of bulk-uploaded data and must have authorization to create memorial records on behalf of families.

6. Intellectual Property

The My Final Resting Place platform, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by The Memorial Collective. Our technology is protected by patent applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee GPS precision, weather data accuracy, or uninterrupted service availability.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time with a 30-day recovery period. After 30 days, data is permanently removed.
